Digital images have been around for years, however, we have invested hundreds of hours into testing equipment until we found the best solution for 360-degree image technology which enables us to record panoramic views and manipulate these images into what we call our V360 Tours.

We are able to provide these tours as an add on service for clients, but they are also invaluable to our staff when writing reports or specifications, allowing observers to fully appreciate the layout and feel of a property, far more than individual images can.

V360 Tours have proven to be great tools in resolving dilapidation roles. Having images to hand and being shareable with all parties means we lose no time in starting negotiations jointly without the need to attend the site together. In the post-Covid world, this has been invaluable, and it also means surveyors have no excuse for not engaging swiftly.

Project updates and contractor tender documents benefit from our V360 Tours, we have seen the improved speed of tender returns and accuracy from contractors and subcontractors.  Our V360 Tours provide a great reference tool to everyone, allowing them to revisit areas onscreen or jointly discuss a query so there is no stone left unturned.

FAQs

What are the benefits of V360 images compared to photographs?
They allow users to experience a virtual site visit and look around each room or area and ‘walkthrough’ doors, corridors etc into other rooms. This allows users to fully understand the layout and scale of a building far more than a set of images would.
How long does it take to undertake a V360 tour?
Depending on the size of the building each shot of a typical room takes a few seconds, the images are then processed back in the office and a V360 tour is put together and the link is shared with you by email.
Are you able to provide measurements of the building from the V360 tour?
No, the tour is visual only, we are able to provide measured surveys however this would be a stand alone service which could be provided in conjunction with the V360 tour.
How much do V360 tours cost?
This depends on several factors, the size of the building, whether or not this is in conjunction with another site visit or service and travel time. We can provide an individual quote and discuss requirements directly, for larger instructions we may be able to incorporate the service into the main fee.
