Laser Scanning

Using the latest technology, we are able to provide fast and accurate data via laser scanning.
Data is collected to within +/- 2mm, a complete picture is created and the risks commonly limiting inspections or resulting in multiple trips to site are reduced.

Accompanying our use of laser scanning is TruView, software that allows the client or their representatives to visually tour the building/site scanned with an amazing level of detail similar to a 360-degree picture.

Area Measurement

Accurate and swiftly produced area measurement is possible using the latest hand-held tablets, laser measurement devices, PC’s and software. We are able to provide a range of 2D and 3D sections, elevations, floor plans.

International Property Measurement Standard

Following the introduction of the International Property Measurement Standard (IPMS) for Office Buildings from January 2016 significant changes as to how office space is measured have come into play.

The RICS Property Measurement 1st Edition code (encompassing IPMS) is mandatory in the UK, we endeavour to provide consistent and accurate property data which is essential when appraising and making commercial property decisions.

Measured Building Surveys

We are able to provide a range of 2D and 3D sections, elevations, floor plans and models swiftly and accurately using the latest technology. All data can then be issued in a standard format or via alternative platforms such TruView.

Lease Plans and Boundary Measurement

Our team can produce land registry compliant lease plans swiftly and accurately, using all available information or from site inspections boundary measurement or conveyance plans.

The accuracy of lease plans is essential to avoid future conflicts and our measurement team work with our building surveyors to ensure that the plans produced are accurate and relevant.
