Vantage Are the First Independent BC To Join Programme

Vantage is one of a number of businesses across the North working towards building a Northern Powerhouse in four main areas; connectivity and transport, skills, science and innovation, quality of life and culture, and devolution.

Our focus is upon bettering the high workmanship standards which have taken us to where we are today. In partnership with the Northern Powerhouse we are aiming to develop our services further and recruit like minded staff to help make this happen”.

Vantage has recently completed its’ 4th year of trading and its 450th client instruction which is drawn from the institutional property investment sector, blue-chip tenants, as well as investment and asset managers.

The company has recently re-evaluated its company culture with the help of the Business Growth Hub to streamline its’ focus and better relate to both staff as well as clients. The Vantage Super 8 has been born and is the basis for how future working relationships are to be established and managed.

Vantage are investing in their staff and recently took a student from Liverpool John Moore’s University. After a successful placement, he’s now returned to finish his studies, with a view to re-joining the company in 2020. Further such support to northern Universities is being investigated and hoped that the process can be repeated.

The company has grown year on year with offices established in Bristol and Newcastle during 2019, with more growth on the way for its’ head office in Manchester. The future at Vantage is bright.
