No it isn’t the next big TV crime fighting duo, but it’s a partnership just as exciting. Vantage are celebrating three years of successful collaboration with one of our most valued and long-term clients. Nectar Asset Management have worked with us from the early days and to date we have completed over 80 different projects together nationwide.
A bit about Nectar
Nectar Asset Management was founded in 2010, since then it has become one of the leading property investment management firms operating in the UK, Germany and the Nordics. Today, they manage a portfolio worth over £700million and have expanded their operations to service wider locations across Europe.
Partnership
For over three years Vantage and Nectar have worked together on an expansive range of commercial properties, from multi-storey offices to country-side pubs. The working relationship is very much built on mutual respect and equal collaboration and we are still informing and learning from one and other to this day.
